10 New Year’s resolutions for naturally beautiful skin

For naturally beautiful skin in 2018, here are 10 New Year’s resolutions you’ll actually want to keep.

 

  1. Hydration with flavour

We all know the score: drink at least two litres of water each day to cleanse and hydrate your body. But what if you find it a struggle to chug down eight glasses of water? Mix things up by sipping herbal teas and sparkling water, or filling a large jug with water, ice and refreshing fruits and herbs, such as cucumber and mint, or lemon and ginger for a subtle hit of flavour with no added sugar.

It can be all too easy to see exercise as another chore that has to be crammed into our busy lives.
