Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During key gifting periods of the year, we do receive a higher volume of orders so please allow another day on top of the above processing time.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7.50 flat rate shipping to Australia Only

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer:

Free shipping on orders over $50.00.

Postal delays may happen at times which is outside of our control.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@blessedbynature.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We unfortunately do not ship to PO Box numbers.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do offer an exchange or refund if the goods you receive are faulty, damaged or the wrong goods were sent.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund or exchange of goods if you have simply changed your mind or ordered in error.

Please contact us at hello@blessedbynature.com.au with details of the problem, and a photograph of your order. Do not dispose of the goods until we have responded to you. Once agreed we will process your exchange or refund within two business days and provide you with an address to return your current goods to.
